Releasing Young BirdsI have two young pigeons that I have raised since they were barely fully feathered. Now they can fly and I have had them in their own pen (my flyer pen) for about 3 to 4 weeks. I am tempted to release them and see what they do. What is the best way to release them initially, and are these two old enough to be released?
Thanks |

I released them today and they returned at dark. They did not venture far but it was a start. I'll release again tomorrow. Thanks again for the info.
