Sending pigeon photos

I have a simple question, how to reduce the size of a photo... I always have this message when I try to post one : "File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 100.0 KB. Your file is 363.6 KB... " Do I have to change the settings on my camera or can I modifie the size after the photos are stored in my computer? I am better with the pigeons than with the computer
Suz.

I did Arty, but I can't find how to reduce the size of my photos and they are all too large. This is why I post them on webshots...

irfanview - free download for sizing pics

Hi Poulette,

I use this free software that you can download from this site (irfanview):
http://www.irfanview.com/
Once you install on your computer and open one of your pics you can go to the menu bar and click on "image" then "resize/resample" and make it half-size or size it however it will fit best. Then save it in the new size and post to pigeons.com.

I hope I did not confuse you more and I'm sorry if this download/software has been brought up before.

Thank you Birdy, this is exactly what I was looking for! Here is a test, this is our latest pigeon host who is resting in our house since 4 weeks now. He is taking it cool!

Gros Grognon likes to go out of his box and take a nap next to the dove's cage! Sleeping in good company is better
