Sick Racing Pigeon

I have a hen that doesn't seem to be her usual self. Usually eats out of my hand but now is skiddish and eats very little. The droppings have some blood in them and not normal at all. I opened her beak and a fluid came out almost as if she had some water in her crop.
What could be wrong??

I think this is one for the vet because it could be more that one problem such as cocci and e-coli or canker. I would certainly separate her from the others, give her a heat pad and give her spartrix and appertex immediately if only as a prophylactic.
