New sub-forums for fanciers (in Fanciers' Forums)

Our mods suggested these may be useful additions for fanciers' discussions, so they are up:

Training and Behavior: We are always getting questions on a birds' behavior and questions about training birds to home and the questions are pretty much posted in the GENERAL forum, which is actually not even in the HOMING/RACING pigeon forum, so this might be an appropriate addition.

Products and Equipment: People ask about or have questions about timing clocks, software for loft management, and for sharing and feedback on same, and while it is part of the racing world it is usually posted in the GENERAL forum also. It could also extended to lice and mite spray, pigeon bands to feeders and waterers as well as the above.
