I found a young finch that could not fly.He is eating and drinking after a few hours.I checked him over and one wing is missing feathers.It does not look broken ,but he did get away from this morning and flew about 40 yards and there he stayed.He is in a box walking ,eating,drinking and looking for a way out.
What to you think.

hope i'm not too late, but if you can catch him, i would keep him in until his flight feathers regrow, he must have tangled with something and managed to escape
