Wikipedia has lots of Breed ListsI went searching wikipedia for information on various birds and found a huge amount of information. I thought I'd try to be helpful and share.

Blessed be, Lewella 12 Bible entries list pigeons. All 12 entries are about sacrificing young pigeons. It says something that the church saw young pigeons as good enough to offer to God. Doves make out better, 46 entries, 12 mention sacrificing. Other birds mentioned: Bittern, Chicken, Cormorant, Crane, Cuckoo, Eagle, Falcon, Glede, Hawk, Hen, Heron, Kite, Lapwing, Night Hawk, Osprey, Ossifrage, Ostrich, Owl, Partridge, Peacock, Pelican, and Quail.
