Do seagulls fly at night?Well, at least here they do!
This is what I saw at 1am today from my window: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRt6Obq_fSQ Sorry about the poor light quality, but it was shot against a black sky and brightly-lit buildings, a lot of contrast for my poor wee camera!

Seagulls fly anytime when they know theres food around,
moreso around coastal areas where the tide determines their habits. You'll always see more of them during the period when the tide is about halfway in to when it is just going out again as thats when small fish & crustacians get washed up into shallower water.

They always seem to be out flying at night in this neck of the woods ........They are often hanging around Burger King and Mcdonalds car parking bays at night and early hours of the morning
