our first seraphim babies...


Well they did hatch on sat sometime...I was gone in the afternoon so I'am not sure what time..(is there a certain time they hatch?)..anyway caught a pic of one under dad this morning...they are both alive and sleepy....this one is not the best pic he looks "passed out"...but he is bobbing his head and moving... this is very cool!....I hope they do well! I have the bands ready.

BEAUTIFUL BABY!!
You got to take some really good pics.......and LOTS of them. I've never seen a baby Seraphim and they are one color as youngsters and turn into white, right?

This will be interesting.
yes, they are genetically recessive red or yellow. when young before first moult sometimes second they show patches of underlying yellow or red color, then later the "magic" occurs and they gain the angelic pure white appearance.

Congratulations Ooooo... I do just love babies! I've not heard/read much about Seraphim's so watching them grow up will be very kewl - and a chance to learn. Look forward to many updates & many many pictures
