Quail family all grown upThe quail family stopped by this morning for a visit - all the kiddies are grown up now. Of course the bluejay had to get his mug in the shot he's a ham.

Many thanks, Nab! Quails are soooo cute!
My friends were range hosts (lived on the property) at an archery range near our Usuery Mtns. They would have all sorts of wild critters roamin' by, including Quail AND the Quails were NEVER alone...parents and kids!  Good for Mr. Blue Jay! He took advantage for his "moment of fame photo op!"
