What a wonderful and moving story. You gave love and care to Pij and were rewarded with the company of a wonderful bird - I believe there is a place where we will meet all those we loved and lost - each human, furry or feathered friend.

Pij was quite a beauty. And I loved its personality (especially where Pij is asking if there's something wrong with the foot )

It always hurts when they go but at least they know they were loved.

Some say that if there is someone who died or pass away don't be sad, feel happy for them because they are now free, they will no longer suffer and they are now with the one they love.

I also loss one of my pigeon. I'm sad about it because of the way she died but I'm happy because she can now fly freely.

It was a beautiful bird, i see you cared so much about it, and a lovely tribute to a very special pigeon cindy, would bring tears to anybodys eyes.
