Terry, my condolences on the loss of sweet Curly. You are really being slammed with the losses of baby bird season and the impact of having senior birds. I hope you are taking care of yourself while you are supporting all these little ones!

Thank you again, everyone. Our member here, Rena, has Frillbacks, so getting more is not the issue .. I'm just sorry that Curly has passed.

The weather here in So Cal is BEASTLY HOT .. it's taking a toll on my old birds and certainly on all the tiny little ones that are coming in .. the little ones are practically crispy critters when they arrive here.

Terry,

I was so sorry to hear about Curley. Yes it is beastly hot and as you say, it is tough on the older ones and the very young. My condolences on loosing another of your elder guys, especially so soon after Traveler. RIP dear ones.

I am also sad to hear you lost your beautiful Curly, Terry. He did indeed look like an angel, and now he is one. The hot weather always takes its toll, I noticed especially when I had a lot of rats, I would always lose a few ancient guys during very hot weather, no matter how cool I kept them. I know you do all you can for your animals and they are so very blessed to have had you as their mom.

Blessings of healing to you, Terry.

I'm so thankful that Curly and his mate had you for their Angel here on earth!
Now they will be Angels in Heaven together sending you blessings until you all meet again.

So sorry you had to find him gone on your birthday.

Still having trouble signing-in.
My prayers are with you and your many beloved 'kids'.
