Good Bye Tweet Little Thing.

I've just buried my little Tweet and hope to bury the guilt with her that I feel at her loss.

When I first got her I thought she needed no more than a good feed as she looked fine but was very thin. I called her Tweet due to the sweet little noise she made occasionally.

Little did I know then the tweeting sound was the beginning of an illness that finally took her two days ago.

She was pretty with little feathered feet and I so wanted her to make it as she was so docile and friendly and more then happy to sit in my hands. I had even hoped she might be the mate that Tipsey was looking for.

Forgive my ignorance little Tweet, you've taught me so much. I'm so so sorry.

I am so sorry to read that Tweet is gone. I know you grieve for him and that he was loved, even for a brief time. RIP little one.

Janet - as others have said I'm sure Tweet knew you did the best you could. My heart goes out to you - no words can truly ease mourning. It sounds like Tweet returned the love you gave him. I'm very sorry for your lose.

I am so sorry for your little angel, Janet...
I am sure you gave him more love and care than his little heart could hope for in this world.
May Tweet find his path to the Purest Land of birds in the Universe and never experience any more suffering or death.
