Goodbye MixerFriday I lost little Mixer, a fledgling. He was one of the most unusual birds
I had seen. It was like God couldn't make up his mind what color he wanted this little one to be. He was white with a touch of gold on his wing tips and just one wing was what they call gray pied. I was going to bring him to the rehabber on Saturday but on Friday morning when I woke up he was dead in the cage. Fly free over the Rainbow Bridge little Mixer. I'll miss you. Pat

Bless him, he must have been beautiful...it is so sad when they go so young.
