Lovely LaceyOct.2 2007 My best friend, Lacey, a beautiful black and white Pigeon died. For reasons unknown to me.
Lacey picked me to be her companion and to live with three and a half years ago. She quickly became my Joy and Love. Such a personality I didn't know birds pocessed. What a sweetheart. I named her Lacey because of the lace effect of her black and white feathers. She was a ferral pigeon less than 6 months of age when we hooked up and lived happily together. I am so sad without my Lacey girl. I have wonderful memories of her to reflect upon at times like this. Linda,
I'm so very sorry about Lacey. I lost my precious chicken, Jamima yesterday so I know how much it hurts. It doesn't mater how many we have lost before, it still is so painful. My heart goes out to you and I'll be thinking of you and imagining your beautiful Lacey, flying free.

Linda, I'm sorry to hear of your loss, Lacey sounds like a sweetheart and

Hello Linda...I am so sorry to hear about Lacey...

I'm sorry that you lost your lovely Lacey. They are so special and it's very easy to become used to having them around, I know you will miss her. I hope your grief eases soon.
Charis, I'm also sorry to hear about Jemima. Fussy Gussy and I send our heartfelt condolences, as you know, I know how special chickens are too. I hope your other animals help to ease your loss as well.

Lovely LacyCharis, Thank You for your response . Iam so sorry felt for the loss of your buddy Jamina, your beloved chicken. It hurts, I know . It don't make sense. One of these days I will post a story and a picture of my sister Donna and her Rooster, "Big Bird," in Pigeon Talk. Always Titled; Lovely Lacey.

I'm so sorry to hear about Lacey. No matter how much it happens, or how unavoidable it is, it still always tears you apart. I lost a few of my beautiful little fledglings recently, so I know how horrible it is. Rest in peace, Lacey, and fly free.

Lacey was a beautiful pigeon. You can just see how special she is by looking at that picture. I know she'll always live on in your memory and I'm looking forward to having you share some of those wonderful times with us.
I'm sorry that Lacey's has passed over the Rainbow Bridge but I'm sure she'll be waiting for you.
