R.I.P Little Hoppy

A while ago i spotted a ring-neck dove in my garden and it was limping....badly.
other birds attacked it and it always had to lie down when eating.
His Bad leg looked broken,and it the cause may have been he got caught in a wire fence.
I Decided to call him "Little Hoppy".
He came by nearly ever day for a week or two.
But..after that week or two....He didn't come back.
A week passes without him limping round the garden pecking round i suddenly realised he had gone to pigeon heaven.
