RIP Homer , I miss youI lost my original bird Homer last March of 2010 . He had been battling a tumor or a cancer in one of his feet for a year or so . I never found him , no feathers , no body . I dont know if he was taken by a hawk , or it was just his time to go . Ruby his mate remained and he would never have deserted her . RIP old pal , you brought a lot of happiness into my life !
