RIP Sweet Baby

Just need to share the passing of a sweet yourg feral found on tuesday... picked her up from a gentleman tuesday evening and she was passing bright green liquid poo very frequently.brought her home that evening and she had some water with the sugar salt added...next mornign gave her half a coccidosis tablet with some small seed..not much cos she just wouldnt take it
afraid i had to leave her to go to work but she was indoors in the warm...
when i got back i gave her some polyaid syringed into her crop...she was so skinny...about 160gms....
she was just passing so much liquid and there was a pool of bright green a bit later which i dont know if the polyaid was sicked up (would it have been greeen from crop) or whether it just all but ran through her.
she wouldnt stop drinking and her chest was all wet..gave her an old hand sour crop charcoal tablet broken up.....about 5 hours ago and now just woken up and the poor baby is dead....she is cold and stiff so been dead a while....i have never seen such diarrhea...was gonna take her vets tomorrow... had her such a short time and feel i shouldve done so much more.... RIP sweet baby xxxx

What a sad story. You had her for such a short time and by the sounds of it, her time was running out very quickly.
You did all you could and without knowing the exact problem you didn't have the time needed to investigate more.

She was safe with you and that's a big comfort.

Bless her little heart, may she fly free now.
