No the long ones in the middle aren't the juvenile feathers... its the ones towards the outside edges of the tail. Pigeons moult the tail from the center first and then out towards the edges. I wouldn't pull them anyways... just wait till they moult on their own, especially if she is going to lay soon as that will be stress enough.
