Baby pigeon

I have a baby pigeon who is just 4 weeks old. When he breaths he make a noise like he has a blocked nose. he has been doing this for the last week. any idea what this could be.

Can you check inside its mouth, it should be clean and pink, any blueness or spots are wrong.

Also, is its beak closed when he breathes? Have you checeked to see whether his nostrils are clear?

he opens his beak when he breath. i think his nostril are blocked. is this common and how what do i do
