Found AGSG Pigeion in Michigan

We have an AGSG Pigeon perched on the top of our bathroom window. His band reads AGSG07872411. Pigie doesn't seem to be afraid of me unless I get closer than 10 inches. He certainly is a beautiful bird, but he surely can make a mess on the deck. We don't need to water and feed him since he does well by himself. There is a large pond very close to his perch.
