Looking for owner of beautiful peach colored pigeon

4 days ago a very beautiful, well cared for,peach colored pigeon took to visiting my yard where I feed birds. I talked to her each day and tried to get close enough to read her band but she would fly up to the top of the porch roof. I tried to reach a friend who raises pideons looking for some advise on how to catch her but couldn't reach him. Today I'm sad to report I found her dead in the middle of the road.
