Beginner's Video and Books

I'm looking for videos or books on pigeon rearing for beginners. I am acutally on my 4th flock of non-racing homers and feel I still know very little about them. I need basics and all the videos and books listed in the supply catalogs appear to be more advanced information. Appreciate any assistance.
