My doves R used to sit outside but sudently the young dove took of today. we saw her sitting on the roof of a house all day but in the evening she disapeared altogether (looking for a place to sleep?). happy endingI have to tell U about the happy ending of the story
![]() We got back our baby on thursday, 5 days after he went missing. The neighbours cought him on monday already and was going around in the neighborhood looking for the owners. So the poor guy never left the area, he just couldnŽt find the right house to come back to. ![]() I guess he flew away because the parents wanted to "get rid of him" because he was 7 weeks old. I know fantails r not homers, but I never before had trouble my birds flying away. The parents r out all day, sitting on the roff of the house, then returning to the cage in the evening (or never leaving the cage all day). I just took for granted that the baby was following their behavior....... Anyway, I learned my lesson, lock upp the kids and throw away the key until the new owners r coming to get them /Csilla |
