Hi,
I usually give feed from FOYS - Canadian peas, red milo, white kafir, maple peas, oat groats, austrian peas, whole wheat, safflower, white millet, canary seeds, vetch, flax seeds.

But it cost me about S$200+ to ship 10kg from US to my country... so when I have no money, I make my own mix from the local organic store:
Buckwheat, brown rice, wheat, sesame seed, barley, red millet, white millet, flaxseed, safflower...

I don't measure the quantity... just a scoop into the bowl and mix it up. Then again, I only have one pigeon. If you have more than that, then obviously more than one scoop is needed.

I also cook about 40 green/garden peas a day, put in a seperate dish for my bird to eat at her own leisure.

Hope that helps!

Hi RedneckRabbitry...
Different breeds require different ingredients in their feed(if u want to be precise). I don't knw what breed u have/want to have..
Breeders/racers/high flyers require different ingredients more/less in their feed. If u intend to race/compete then "feed" can seriously play imp part in pigeons health and performance
If u jus want to have pigeons to pet and feed then above stated(by Miss Sassypants) or seed mix works well.
