garlic for dove pigeons

can any one recommend a product that u can put in there water , can u put garlic oil in water , or is it best to put on there food

also can anyone help me i only bought these doves on thursday 08 cock and hen and 4 young 09
Well today there is a EGG , does this mean they are happy and settled ,
can any one help any advise or tip that u think i should no as im new at this
