Having problems with forum

I always log in through pigeons.biz, and it's always been fine, but over the last couple of days I keep getting logged out, and the situation is getting progressively worse. I won't be surprised if I get logged out again during the time it takes to write this message! Any suggestions?

Try creating a new desk top link and deleting the one you currently use.

I've been having trouble lately too although different from yours.
Twice my posts have become garbled, in front of my eyes, as I have been reviewing them before posting. It was so odd. Sentences and the words in them were altered and moved around.... almost like we have a poltergeist on the forum.

I've noticed that sometimes if I select a word or few to move elsewhere in my post when editing, it gets too enthusiastic and moves a whole big chunk and makes nonsense. Or just deletes a bit.

I too get the problem of being logged out after a while, and it seems to depend on what PC I'm using and which web browser, but not very consistently.

I was just reading the word 'poltergeist' when a large, white shape pounced on me... It knocked several things over from the top of the desk, settled on my lap and started purring! (But I did jump, lol.)

I'll try creating a new desk top link. Fingers crossed.

If you're still having problems, scroll to the very bottom of any of the screens on PT and click on the "Contact Us" link. It's at the very, very bottom of the screen - on the right side. I think the email from that link goes to the entire tech support team (yeah - there's a team!!) so that more than one person sees it.

I was having a problem with not receiving notifications and decided to try that link (think Terry mentioned it once) -- loo & behold my problem was taken care of within 24 hrs!! A big "thank you" to Yair Eshel

BUT, a little sad...does that mean that Jonah and his whale are gone exploring the world and won't be back?? Does Yair have a whale? Somehow, it's not quite the same...
