Hi,
What situation did you find the pigeon in? Can you describe him? If he is very young he may not yet be of flying age. Otherwise, he may have (a) been caught by a predator (b) been hit by a car (c) an illness Are there any obvious injuries, topside, on the body under the wings or at the tops of the legs? Do you mean he is just unable to move his wings at all? Is he eating & drinking OK? John

he is eating and drinking fine and there doesnt seem to be any blood or anything
i think he is fully grown as he has all of his feathers and the neck is shining and if i post a pic cud u tell me what kind it is thnx

i just found him in a corner so i dont really know wht happened
he walks aroung nuthing wrong wioth the legs.the other wing is perfectly fine when he tries to fly only one wing streches out,the is still in the same osition.,
