help needed

i have 2 3/4 week old squabs , plenty of feathering although tail feathers not grown yet that have been attacked in their nest box with one being severly scalped and the other roughed up, i have taken them away from their parents in case of further attacks.I believe the responsible pigeon is a hen in the next box across.

ive noticed these squabs pecking at corn but not doing it efficiently enough at the moment.

is it best to hand feed them the corn ,or try them on a porridge type mix called ready brek, similar to porridge but more ground up.

i have syringes and a baby bottle , which is best?

Any advice, these babies are much more grown than others ive tried to hand feed in the past and i believe they are maybe 10 to 12 days from weening.
