Very, very moving. Your dedication is so inspiring.
Usually people specialize in rehabbing one particular species - the the fact that you have the competency to care for animals of so many different species is truly incredible to me. Wonderful work.

I pretty much specialized in birds
I like doing the mammals and wish I could do more of them, but there are Lots of mammal rehabbers in the state and hardly no one to do Birds Much of the time I just keep the mammals for a few days, to stabilize Then pass them off to another Rehabber If I have no bb birds, I will take care of the mammals I love raising the groundhogs and will never turn away a flying squirrel!

Oh and I have raised hundreds of grey squirrels and always give little mice my best shot
But man are they hard to save
