Lacing a tail

I hope someone can help me. I would like to know how to lace my fantail's tail. Is there a web site I could go to or talk to someone about how to do it. Okelaini's (Darwin) tail is beautiful and I want to keep it that way. He has grown into a beautiful young bird. This summer in Ak I entered him in the poultry/ pigeon show at the county fair. He recieved 2 firsts, class champion, people's choice and a grand champion poultry. There were only 4 other pigeons there and 25 other birds to show against. I got home in Sept and on my birthday my doves had laid 2 eggs. 1 hatched Oct 8th and is now flying. This baby will be going to my bestfriend to live. I know he/she will be well taken care of.
