Leftover IvormecI recently treated my birds with Ivormec in their waterers. When I refreshed their water the next day, I dumped the Ivomec water into a watering can and sprinkle in on the flight pen gravel to get any mites residing there.

Not been rude but how is ivomec in the water going to help with parasites as the ivomec i know is oil based and does not mix well with water thus float on the surface. What dilution rate did you use.

I use Ivormec Drench .08% (3cc per gal water for 1 day) - mixes easily with water. There is also an injectable form of Ivormec - could that be what you are thinking of?
