New Tipplers and Tumblers


i just got rid of my old pigeons '' homers and mix breeds'' and now braught 20 tipplers and tumblers **and a couple rollers.
they are great birds of all colors will up load some pics soon
cant wait to let them out and watch them perfourm.

I hope you were able to find a good home for your homers/mix breeds, it is so hard to find good homes for them.

Please do post a pic or two of your newly acquired birds, would love to see them.

Separate the tumblers and tipplers. That way you won't experience having mix breeds again.

to be honest i dont know them apart and also they are all perfourmers when they want to so i dont mind them mixing i dont compete just for my own joy ..... =)

Mixing birds seem to take out their known characteristics. Mixing rollers for instance might make those babies roll less or not at all. You might end up adding homing gene though. Cross homers don't have much homing. They can get lost easily.

Obviously it is your birds so enjoy it!

if u knw of anyone that may have some birds that they dont want or that are to old please let me know. good luck on the new tumblers and rollers.

Pictures would be great Tipplers are generally not that hard to distinguish.

Yes...let's see some pictures! If you're not competing than mixing them wouldn't be much of an issue. It's when you want them to keep the traits of their breeds that you separate them.

To upload pictures you have to create an album.

1. Click on your name.
2. Click View Public Profile.
3. Click on UserCp.
4. Click on Pictures & Albums under Networking.
5. Click Add Album.
6. Fill in the info and click on submit.
7. Click where it says click here to upload.
8. Then just follow thru.

i follow through but it just dont upload i no their miles too big but i thought it resizes automatically

Try going to tinypic.com and uploading them. Where it says 'default', pick either message board or email. Then upload, and paste the IMG link they give you.
