not 1 but 2i was cleaning my up stairs loft and i had the door shut and the pale of water for scrubing up there. I took a break and it was getting dark. When i came back up there was a white w/ red spots bird so i took him to my garage and put it in a spare cage looked healthy. I went back up there and found another one
.I know both of them came from the elevator downtown. THe white one has a band on so i will get you the numbers later. THe other one is wild and has a short beak almost like a homer? My other birds were like what are they??? Should i let the wild one go because i know he lives up there and he pretty plup for winter.I think they came because mine were flying pretty late never thought i would happen to me. ha

The IPB bands are from Foy's and you would need to contact them for tracing the owner .. the "R" in the band would indicate that the bird is either a roller or wearing a roller band .. Good luck on tracing it .. Foy's are tough to actually find an owner from the band. Here's the link to Foy's :
http://www.foyspigeonsupplies.com/ Call the toll free number and give them all the letters and numbers from the band .. they will hopefully come back with another name and # for you to call .. don't be real surprised if they don't, and if they don't, you just got a pigeon if you want one .. if not, let us know.
