saved them from the wrath

A person was going to get rid of his birds so he could get a different breed. He was going to pull there heads off. I told him I would take them and find them a home. I was gone most the day and came home they were on the porch in a box. Took them to a person. Who was gald to have them. 2 pair of west of england tumblers. 2 pair of modenas and a late hatch 04 modena. I did not want to see the birds be killed and new I could find them a home. Its a shame sometimes that others will not find them a home.

Great work rescuing those pigeon Re Lee!
It's amazing that someone would kill a bird rather then put a trivial amount of effort into finding them as new home. People like that don't have any right caring for animals at all, how long is it going to be before he tires of the new birds and wants to "make room" for his new interest?
Thanks again!

You did good re lee! I guess I'm a little shocked that he could think of them
as pets and then decide to pull their heads off....not that any euthanasia is OK,
its just that his choice seems so brutal. I don't know that he really loves his
animals.

Yes, agreed here with the others...Relee you "done good"... I can't comprehend how anyone could kill a pigeon in such a ghastly manner! Thanks for taking the intiative here and securing a home for these birds. You're a good soul!

A very happy ending to a most horrible thought. How can some people be so inhumane? It is sad. Most definetly THANK YOU re lee.

The problem is I hope when he tires of his new breed He lets me know So I can find a home for them. It would be nice if he just decided to get out of birds all together. He has had 3 different breeds in the past year. This will make 4. He had racers first and several people took them when he got out. So that was good.

Do you suppose that he says things as offensive as pulling "their heads off"
so that you'll be shocked into taking them so he can move on to his next obsession? Just a thought, or maybe he's just an all-round insensitive kind a
guy....
