Start 'em young. I think I'll be in trouble with my wife for this one.......... My son was playing outside all day. I went out to clean the pigeon coop. He always has to see the birds. So I grabbed a youngster to see if he would hold it. He was so proud of himself. He packed it around the yard and had to show everyone. Then when I got the camera, he decided it would be a good idea to give it a great big kiss.

haha .... those are great pictures ! He's kissing the right end too
 My 2 girls are long gone from home .... but I wish I had been interested in pigeons when they were kids . I know they would have loved them , and it teaches kids about caring for and understanding another living creature at a young age . Not to mention pigeons are just so sweet ! We did have a couple of geese . Adorable when babies , but I wound up getting rid of them as soon as they were grown ...... they were just too aggressive and terrified my two daughters and our cat . They absolutely ruled the back yard ! And you think pigeons poop a lot ..... you havnt been around geese ! Hambone Last edited by Hambone; 19th April 2008 at 06:52 PM.
