Depending on where you're getting your birds from and how old they are......have they been vaccinated already for this year?
If so, then you won't need to worry about vaccines yet.
I personally would have something on hand for Coccidiosis, Canker, Respiratory, and Worms.
All of these things don't need be ordered from Foys or any other pigeon supplier.
Coccidiosis...........Sulmet..........can be purchased at Tractor Supply or most farm supply stores.
Worms..........Ivomectin Injectable is an excellent wormer, but birds must be dosed individually. This also can be purchased at TS and a bottle will last a LONG time unless you've got 500 birds. LOL
Canker.........Ronidazole will have to be ordered from Foy's or some other pigeon supplier.
Respiratory....I personally use the Respiratory Plus from Globals. A mixture of Tylan and Aureomycin (Aureomycin can be purchased at TS) is good for respiratory problems.
A good vitamin is Red Cell, which is made for horses actually and can be purchased at TS.
Read this thread, as there's a lot of good information on nutrition for pigeons.

When you start looking for medicines for different things, it can be overwhelming.......I know it was for me.
IMO, I'd steer clear of the 4 in 1 and 5 in 1 products for curing any illness. If your birds DO get sick, then you need to figure out what's wrong and treat it. I don't like the mixes of medicines to treat a sick bird. The mixes CAN be used however as a preventative for getting your birds ready for breeding season, however, I still prefer to use the single medicines for whatever I'm doing preventative maintenance for.
What I've listed above is the a few of the things that you can use.
Others will be along with their input I'm sure.
