I would separate the birds that haven't laid eggs yet. For the others, let them hatch out the babies and after these babies, separate them as well.
It won't stress them out too much, but what will stress them out is not having enough room for the breeders. I'm sure they can wait a few more months until they can breed. One thing I know is that the moment you reunite them, you'll see mating happening right, left, and center ![]()

You really like rolling your eyes don't you. I would guess tihs was a language barrier ( pigeon breeds ) may be interpreted to mean breeding pigeons.
