He seems old enough to be eating on his own.
Is he skinny? Is his keel bone sharp?
Can you isolate the two and put them on heat, hydrate them with pedialyte and watch them for now till you figure what could be wrong with them.
How are the droppings?
Check their mouths for canker.
Do you deworm your birds?

Reti

Please stop the deworming until you know if these pigeons are eating enough on their own. Did they start to act puffed up after you started the worming?

Stop the worming for these two. Bring them inside ...monitor their poop and behavior. It could be they are not eating enough on their own and you will need to hand feed them. You need to see what happens when you hand feed ...do they perk up...can they keep the food down without vomiting, etc.
Please follow the protocol for warming and hydrating before hand feeding. The worming at this stage could kill them.

It is better not to worm youngsters unless you are SURE they need it. I'd check them out for other things first. They could be sick, or just not eating on their own well yet. What do their poops look like? Clear throats. No bald spots? I'd isolate them and see how well they are eating. If they aren't eating, I'd try hand feeding. Then see if they keep it down, or if they vomit it back up. But definately separate them from the others in case they're sick.

you can take a poop sample to the vet and have it tested for bacteira count, and see if the numbers are up, then go from there....alot of times it's only 15 bucks and well worth knowing, they can check for worms as well.

Actually, the poop test would show ova and parasites. You would need to do a culture for the bacteria, and around here that's about $75. But it really is worth it to make sure they are healthy, and if not, to know what to treat with.

Poop tests don't always show ova and parasites. Case in point...One morning a saw what appeared to be, a round worm, hanging out of the backside of my little dog. I took some of that morning's droppings to the vet for analysis and nothing showed up. The vet sent the sample to a lab and nothing showed up. Shortly after, I witnessed a similar phenomena, treated him for round worms and he did shed some.
I've had a similar experience with Pigeons. It has to be the sample where the ova have decided it was the right time to make an appearance.

Yes, I know. They don't always see the parasites, but that's what the test is for. If you want to look for different bacterias, you need to do a culture, no? Or at least to identify them, and to find out what best to treat them with.

There's way too much liquid around those poops .. something is not quite right.
