Can I Overfeed the Pigeon I'm Rehabbing???

Hi there, Can you please let me know if I should leave the food in all the time? I have been doing so, but I am conerned I may be over-feeding the wee guy? Al (as I call it) is coming along very well and i hope to release it soon. It was 'rolled' under a car btw. Cheers4now.

I'm getting off line...........if it's an adult pigeon, I wouldn't worry about it over eating. A new baby just learning how to eat by its self CAN over eat..........so I would be careful and watch it if it's a youngster.

No i wouldnt think you could over feed an adult bird. its best to leave the food in the cage all day so then he can eat when he feels like it.
