Hi Maggie,

We have to keep our wood pigeon Batman in a cage that has no ferals, because he is inclined to fall on his back and the ferals can be really vicious when they see one of their own in trouble.

Diabetes is one cause of extremely watery poops, you can eliminate that possibility by testing for excess glucose with one of theose sticks you can buy at a pharmacy.

I had wondered about diabetes. I didn't think of a cheap easy way to test, though! I am going to look for one of those 'sticks'

Snipes, me too. I do plan to take Cosmo back to the vet Monday or Tuesday for blood work and will let you know what we find out. In the past it has taken about 2 weeks for the results because she sent the blood to LA for analysis.
