From S.Africa, The simptoms you mention for PMV are similar with the following differences:

One baby (8 weeks) got this and his head turned to the left. I isolated him, put a heater for him as he seemed frozen, then manually fed him birdseed(tiny wildbird seed), and gave him water. He didnt get any better and died after 3 days. Then a day after that his brother/sister got slow too, not flying and loosing balance, but his head was straight, I put the heater for him as it was cold that day, next day he was dead. A week later(Monday) another bird a year old got the sickness and I kept him for 2 days, he did last night. He only lost balance.

All of these birds had excreta which was watery, dark green and keft stains. Before they died the excreta was yellow and stainy too (yellow because of wild-bird seed?).

They seem to have the canker thing in their mouths, but not alot to block their throats. I had canker before, and treated the birds, the difference today is that they seem to die within 3 days. I havent given medicine as I dont have any., hopefully today.

The heater I use is far away, just keeps the room warm. Is the excreta symptoms PMV or ?

I', so sorry to hear about your birds dying.

Please isolate any remaining birds that are sick.

It sounds like your birds may have died from Paratyphoid, which is also a highly contagious disease.
