HELP- Budgie Hen Eggbound!

I have a budgie hen that was acting sick a few days ago. After returning her into the breeing cage she layed a soft shell egg.That was 2 days ago, so she is overdue for her 2nd. Today Ive noticed she is the same way, when I picked her up I noticed she is eggbound. Is there anything I can do about this? Some quick advice would be great as Im sure she is very uncomfortable and I would like her to have some relief. Thank you.
