Injured pigeon!!!My outside cat brought me, once again, a pigeon, but this time still alive, it looks like the wing has been chewed up really bad on one side more then the other, I put "it" in a cat carrier with a towel to sit on and some water in a low dish. Have no idea what to do!! I just didn't want the cat to torture it anymore! What else can I do??!!

Where are you located in case we have a member near you that can take the bird?
In the meantime, if you have antibiotic cream, please put it on the wound. Offer the bird some seed...wild bird seed...Dove mix would be best. A picture would be great so we can determine the Pigeon's age. Young Pigeons that don't know how to eat on their own look very similar to adult Pigeons and so if you don't know much about Pigeons, you could be wondering why the bird doesn't eat.

It sounds like this bird needs some medical attention asap. Whereabouts are you located? Just your general location, please... fp
