looks like gangrene

anyone with experience with this condition? currently giving topical and oral antibiotics x 2 days. the skin looks a little better today, i have not debrided any necrotic tissue yet. ready to call a vet.

The necrotic tissue needs to be debrided asap. Plese take him to a vet to do that.
Also some cultures are good to see if the germs respond to the antibiotics are giving him.
Make sure he gets a lot of fluids and his food is rich in protein.
