Questions regarding wormer, ACV, and grit

Alright, two questions.

First, will ACV mess up the wormer if I mix the two when worming the birds?

Second, I know grit (calcium) is to be taken out while medicating with certain antibiotics. Does this go for all antibiotics/medications, or just certain ones/kinds?

Why would you want to mix wormer AND acv together? Alone they both taste horrible I'm sure. Together?? YUCK!!! LOL
I wouldn't mix them. I never mix anything to be honest. One thing at a time.

I think the anti-biotics that end with "mycin" or is it "cycline"??? I'm as much as help as SW is..........LOL
I"m sure someone who actually KNOWS what they're talking about will be along

I agree worming is a one day thing why add anything else to the water for the day that you treat them and yes they should say on the label to take away the grit with that medication but I would PM feralpigeon and ask her ,she knows alot about that stuff

I always think when in doubt...don't. I would not mix anything else with it.

Pull calcium supplements with antibiotics that end with "cycline". And remember to follow both antibiotics and wormers with several days of probiotics...and some special treat seeds for being so brave and taking their medicine.
