I live in Napa California and want to know if anyone is selling any homing or racing pigeons here in the bay area or in california for hat matter?

Try to locate a Racing pigeon club in your area. I know there are a number of them around this area, and they may have spare birds to sell to you. However, I don't know if they will have any at this time of year, when they are breeding for this year's racing season. We're in the Bay Area of CA.

I have the phone number of a man who races and frequently culls his birds. He belongs to a club and if he doesn't have any to give away or sell right now, he probably knows someone who does. E-mail me privately if you want his phone number.

I know another guy who raises homers just for his own enjoyment. He may have some to sell--don't know if he'd be willing to ship, though.
