Birmingham Rollers

I have a pair of nest mates that I would like to sell. They are from the higgins line of Birmingham rollers and will be very good the color of these birds is spread ash. The higgins line of rollers tend to mature a little faster and come into the roll sooner so If you would like anymore information on them or pictures please email me at tgrassie@gwdiesel.com or you can even call me if you like at 901-281-0966

Thanks Tripp

I am glad to hear that! I try and sale only the birds that I would stock in my loft outside of that I will give away birds to flyers that aren't that serious about it and just enjoy watching them fly! I have a hen now that is 17 and will only pair with on cock I have had her pened up with another cock for about 2 weeks now and still nothing! I kind of hate it because she is full blood higgins and is still able to lay and is an excellent mother and I want some birds from her but you are welcome to her if you want her she is a nice grizzle.

I am glad you are still in the hobby and I will do what I can to get you some good birds togeather. My birds have slowed down a bit as I bred them through the winter. I also had a snake attack and it killed a young bird and ate 2 out of the nest! Sort of sucks I put some moth balls out to try and rid the snake of my loft but who knows!

Hey Tripp,

The baby Pouter Gaditano I have for you is growing. He looks like he may be some grizzle or something. I can send you some pics if you like... Since only one made it, dunno if you want others. Oh well.

Where are you located, Tanya? I have an extra roller hen but it's too hot right now to ship, IMO.

Thanks, Terry, I didn't see that she was in Bakersfield. It is very hot there! I don't feel comfortable shipping during the summer months. Our temps here are supposed to reach 105 this week.

I do have a real pretty grizzle hen I am wanting to get rid of I am sure you would like her. But it is too hot to ship the post office has a ban on shipping birds right now so you might have to wait until the fall or untill the temp gets under 85 degrees... Just let me know if you are interested the price 35 for shipping I would be happy to use your box If I have to get one it will be an additional 20 dollars just let me know I would be happy to give her to you....
