Keep in mind it's too hot to be shipping to San Diego right now....it would have to wait a few weeks or until weather cools down.

Hi Tim and Mary and welcome to Pigeon-Talk! I'm in Lake Forest in South Orange County CA and rescue doves and pigeons. I almost always have both doves and pigeons that are needing a good home. Let me know if you might be interested in some of the ones I have here. Some of the doves are white, some are the wild type coloration, and some are pied white and tangerine. I also have various types of pigeons looking for a home.

I live in Northern New Jersey, and I'm interested. Are they ringnecks?

Terry I didn't know you had doves too. Maybe you could write a thread saying all the birds you ahve looking for homes. I am looking for a female ringneck(I have a lonely male right now) and white fantails right now. If you have any maybe we can ship them when the weather allows

Thanks Mourning Gray and SkyOfAngels .. yes, I also rescue doves, and they are all ringnecks. I also rescue domestic and exotic ducks and geese.

I would love to place some of the doves and pigeons with Pigeon-Talk members if the weather ever cools off enough to allow for shipping.

It's a good idea to have a current list of my adoptables, but there are so very many that it would be a monumental task to do it the first time and then keep it updated.

You can pretty much see what I have coming in by watching my "New Pics" posts in the Other Birds - Story and Picture Sharing Forum. Even though lots of the birds are pigeons, I put the pics there because there is usually a bird or two that is not a dove or a pigeon. In today's pics there is a really pitiful little white dove that just came in and some pigeons and some ducks. http://www.rims.net/2007Sep04
