free pigeon!!

I raised two pigeons, one joined the other pigeons when it was ready, and the other, kind of a runt, is a people pigeon, likes inside, not out, likes to be held and watch TV. I have tried to release him but he just jumps back in his carrier or stands between my legs, or flies to my shoulder, he wants nothing to do with the other pigeons. I can not keep him, I live in an apartment.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE HIM?

Thank you for posting your request. This pigeon has definitely bonded to you and will need a special home where he will get the attention he deserves.

Can you please post this in the adoption section? Hopefully we will get this sweet pigeon a home.

I have several pigeons that are pets, but I live in Florida so it is impossible for me to take him.

I would be happy to give the bird a good home if you can get him to me in Lake Forest (South Orange County) or to a friend in Fallbrook who could shuttle him up to me the next time she comes this way.

I had a pigeon just like that so I knowhow to take care of it just the way it is,right know we have 1 just like him so then he will have a friend in the house to be with.

This particular bird went to a foster home for the sum total of less than 24 hours and was then taken back by the owner who totally loved and adored the pigeon. This particular bird is no longer available. It is back with the original owner and doing well as far as I know.
