Well, I am moving back to the East Coast in December, and sadly this means I have to sell my incredible loft.

Some of my birds (Brooklyn, Brutus, Jenny, and Sylvie) will be coming with me, others are staying with a friend in San Jose until it's warm enough to ship them out (my Budapests, Ancients, and Berliners), and a few others are for sale to good homes:

Incredible 8'L x 4'W x 7'T Pigeon Loft For Sale in Oakland, CA

Custom built old English garden shed design with Sunning Pen, Landing Dock, and a plexi-glass Moon Window and Skylight!
Made from animal-safe high quality wood (the exterior is Fir) and materials, stained a gorgeous light cedar color with animal/child-safe water resistant stain inside and out!
The sloped roof is painted with water-proof dark brown paint.

Windows are covered in 1/2" hardware cloth and window screen, and have lockable wood shutters for rainy days or chilly nights.
Sunning Pen has a plexi-glass panel to close it up at night to keep out any mosquitos. This loft is super solid construction, totally predator proof.
Entry door is big and has a slide lock on the outside, latch hook on the inside, with a door spring so it closes behind you. The floor is solid wood, built like a deck underneath. Super strong and reinforced!
All the hardware is matching black and high quality. Oh, and it has POWER! There's a light hooked up now, but you can plug in a fan or heater or whatever. We spared no expense!

Loft was built in Feb/March 2009 and has never been exposed to lice, mites, worms, or any common pigeon ailments. All birds were vaccinated, medicated, and quarantined for 60 days each before being allowed in the loft. I am known for having the absolute cleanest healthiest birds!

Includes 8 nest boxes with removable fronts, storage compartment, 10 removable V perches (snap out for easy cleaning), 8 pairs of snap-in coop cups, 2 feeding troughs, large blue waterer, 8 nest bowls, and probably a few other things (some belgian white, sani loft, sani coop, stuff like that).

The loft is GORGEOUS and unlike any other pigeon loft I've ever seen.
You could easily add a large aviary or a trap, I just used the landing board off the Sunning Pen when calling the birds in.

I am heartbroken to sell this - My $1500 loss is your gain.

I have tons of photos from day 1 of building - so you can see exactly what went into building this glorious coop. We used screws for everything so it would be able to be taken apart.

I am asking for $700.

Buyer is responsible for taking it apart, loading it up, and getting it home.
It is located on the second floor deck, up a flight of outdoor stairs, in Oakland, CA.
